Order Processing and Delivery Information

Order Processing

Orders will be processed form Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays)

Orders Processing may take up to 5 working days before the order is completed. Medal mounting and Tailoring orders will only be processed once the medals have arrived.

If for some reason your order will take longer than the 5 working days, you will be contacted regarding your order.

Once your order is completed you will receive an email with your order details saying completed and the tracking number for your order.

Order Processing maybe extended in busy periods and notice will be given on the home page.

Please note that once an order has been placed no extra items can be added to the order and a new order will need to be placed.

Orders will only be processed one the order has been paid for in full.

Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of your order being processed.

The primary delivery service we use is Royal Mail. There are various services available at checkout so please choose which service you would like before checkout is completed.

Please note that paying for a quicker service does not automatically mean that your order will be processed quicker.

All services offered are a tracked and may need signing for.

You should receive notifications and updates to when your order will be delivered by royal mail.

Once orders have been posted we have no control over the delivery times.

If your order has not arrived at the time it should have please let us now and we will try to do our best to find out the issue.

Pleas note that orders may take longer to be delivered at busy periods for the postal service.

If you would like to collect your then you can choose collection when you are at checkout. Once your order is ready you will receive an email letting you know your order is ready for collecting. Collections are can be made Monday-Thursday between 1000-1700hrs and Friday between 1000-1500hrs.

International Shipping

We can offer international shipping. Please email sales@manchestermedals.co.uk for more information.

Other information

Any discrepancies with your order need to be notified to sales@manchestermedals.co.uk within 48hrs of receipt of your order. We aim to deal with this as promptly and efficiently as possible.

Returns are accepted with these terms. All items must be returned in the condition you received them. Returns will be inspected which may take 2 working days from receipt before a decision is made. You will need to contact sales@manchestermedals.co.uk before a return can be accepted.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges can be made for the same value of your order (excluding postage). Return postage will need to be paid for. For information on your exchange please contact sales@manchestermedals.co.uk for more information.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days dependant on how the order was paid for.
